Passed unanimously that we commend that Bill Kurz become an official member
of the committee.

Resignation of Bill Irvine received.

1. Matt Crocker:

Matt Crocker/Crocker Communications, spun off Crocker Telecom as their
regulatory entity. As CLEC, can put equipment inside central office, next to
a remote terminal, tie into subloop assemblies (home to rt, or intermed.
distribution panel). Can pour concrete pad, put down RT, purchase unbundled
lines, backhaul back to POP in Springield. Also in wireless.

$20,000 per central office , 120 bus. days (6 months) required
6 months after, get RT installed.

Go to local bank for financial support, in return community move deposits to
bank? More flexible in funding.

$10.43 per user loop
cost per CO
cost per RT
bandwith t1 to each RT

Form a corporation that works with Crocker as clec to build out
Infrastructure?

Issue raised of DSL conditioned loop

Motion approved to apply for RUS grants for each town.
